Do you sell outside of the US?

We do! We sell all around the world and welcome customers from around the globe.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Returns for non-used items are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit minus return shipping charges. This window is extended to 30 days for purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas to account for holiday gift giving. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. 

I want to purchase many of your items for an event, can you ship them to each individual? Do you offer discounts?

We can! Each item will need to be purchased separately so that shipping is accurate for your order. If you'd rather order all at once and hand them out yourself, you can place 1 large order. If you'd like our thank you notes to give to each person, please leave a note for us to include them.

When should I order for the holidays?

With a rise in online shopping and number of packages in the USPS, UPS, and FedEx systems, we encourage you to shop as soon as possible for the holidays. Once the middle of December hits, that is the very possible time we would recommend shopping in order to get your package in time. We cannot guarantee any delivery date due to unforeseeable delays in the FedEx, UPS, and USPS systems. As a small business, we are doing the best we can, working around the clock, to get packages out asap, all while growing our warehouse and production teams to do so. Package delays are something out of our control so we encourage you to shop early and choose FedEx as your shipping provider as they are more reliable than USPS.
